Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
Hill Crest Behavioral Healthcare Services offers a highly structured, multidisciplinary approach PICU Program (ages 18 years and older) for adults experiencing severe depression, anxiety, psychosis, mood swings, sexual abuse issues, post traumatic stress disorders, identity disorders, and other emotional problems. The PICU is designed as a smaller, structured unit for those patients requiring more intensive care.
The length of stay in the PICU is determined for each patient based on individual needs.
