The Intake Department at Hill Crest provides a no –cost, confidential assessment seven days a week. All admissions are based on clinical necessity. We cannot offer diagnosis, counseling, or recommendations on line, but an Assessment and Referral Specialist is available 24hours/7days a week at 800-292-8553. It is very important for patients to understand what to expect from their insurance carrier prior to an admission. For many patients, accessing insurance benefits is the most frustrating aspects of the admissions process. At Hill Crest, we will do everything we can to assist the patient in securing appropriate benefits for the services we provide.

Hill Crest Provides:

Contact the insurance provider to verify benefits
Complete any necessary pre-certification process required by your insurance company
File all appropriate documentation to claim payment for your care
We accept Medicaid for Child and Adolescents, Tricare, Medicare and Most HMO’s and Commercial plans
